Yes! We offer a discount to all active duty service members, veterans, and their spouses. Please email us at Info@dripbay.uk and attach a copy of your NHS ID. We will then provide you with a discount code. 

 Shipping is determined by the shipping method chosen at checkout and is calculated based on the weight of the product.

The time it takes to process and make your items is 1 – 3 days.

 Domestic orders typically take 3 – 5 business days while international orders take 8 – 21 business days. International orders can take up to 8 weeks depending on customs.

No. If an item is on sale, the code will not be applied. If you would like an affiliate to receive credit for the sale, be sure to click on their affiliate link before placing your order. 

Unfortunately, only one promo code can be applied per order and cannot be used on top of an item already on sale.

All of our makeup brushes are hand-crafted, meaning they take longer to create than most makeup brushes. If an item is on back-order, that means that we are currently sold out of the ready-to-ship brushes, and our team is working hard to replenish our inventory. Ordering on back-order guarantees that you will receive your set before the restock and gives us an idea on how many sets we need to create. All back-orders are guaranteed to ship on or before the estimated time written in the description of the item. 

Our ready-to-ship pre-made inventory sells out quickly, so it if you are interested in having your own Drip Bay Brushes, or for purchasing as a gift, it is a good idea to reserve your brush set by back-ordering before they are restocked. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. Please email us at info@dripbay.uk with any issues you may have.

Never! We love all of our fur babies! We are proud to be both cruelty-free and Vegan! All brushes are made with soft synthetic Vegan bristles.

Our brushes do both! Not only are they beautiful and look great displayed on your vanity, but they are also made with the highest quality materials that will buff, blend, highlight, contour, and define with the best of them!

We expect your Drip Bay Brushes to last a lifetime without any crystals ever budging. However, if the crystals are exposed to extreme temperatures, are submerged in water, or any other unexpected harsh conditions, it is possible for some to fall. In these rare cases, please contact us immediately at Info@dripbay.uk and we will fix it for you. We guarantee crystal replacement for life at no extra charge to you. 

We highly recommend you wash your brushes prior to your first use with either a brush cleanser or baby shampoo. Be careful to not get the ferrule wet and be sure to dry upside down with the bristles facing down. Do not submerge your brushes underwater.
